Wall Certificates

Review information below to get a printed certificate from DSPS to hang on your wall.

To print your own, please click on this link to access our print wall certificate video.

For a fee of $10.00, you can order your own*.

  1. For the fastest service, please log onto your LicensE account.

  2. Go to ‘My Approved Licenses’.

  3. Click on the Action arrow. 

  4. Click on "Wall Certificate Fee."

  5. It will bring up a payment page that will let you choose what type of certificate you would like (Wall Certificate or Governor Signed Certificate).

If you are unable to login, you may get a wall certificate or Governor Signed Wall Certificate sent to you via mail by email or mailing in the form 3082.

*Do not submit the Wall Certificate Request Form for a Trades credential. The form is not used to obtain wall certificates for Trades professions.

Trades professions must print their own wall certificates.

DSPS does not issue or mail wall certificates for Trades credentials.

To print your wall certificate, please follow the instructions in our Print Wall Certificate video.

There is no fee to print your own wall certificate.

Do not submit the Wall Certificate Request Form for a Trades credential. The form is not used to obtain wall certificates for Trades professions.
