EAP Regulatory Policy

The statutory authority of Safety and Professional Services (formerly EAB) is contained in s. 440.52 of the Wisconsin Statutes. These statutes are further interpreted in the administrative rules under Chapters SPS 401 through 411 and are implemented as part of the School and Program Approval Guide.
